9. Returns, refunds & exchanges
Can I return it if there’s nothing wrong with it?
Absolutely! We offer a 14 day returns guarantee on most items.
They should be returned in the same condition and with the attached accessories. Goods must be returned complete and without damaging the goods in any way.
We strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Please contact us before returning any item. In some cases it does not need to be returned and we are going to replace/resend or refund the product.
10. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery
Dispatch time 5 working days. Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days (UK).
Most orders are dispatched by Yodel, Hermes or Royal Mail. Orders above £350 are normally dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Insured).
